Is COTW Waypoint Marker a POI Icon?

theHunter: Call of the Wild - With the March Showcase Update Hotfix, persistent POI icons were fixed... THANK YOU! However now, when I hide the POI's, the Waypoint Marker also gets hidden. Is this supposed to happen? What do you think? Waypoint Markers never got hidden for me before the Showcase Update. IMO a waypoint marker is a Nav Aid, not a Point of Interest. If I don't want to see it, I'll just delete it. I still may want to navigate somewhere without having my screen littered with POI icons. ___________________________________________________
