The recommended mage ones listed are although I am not an expert at mage tiles so maybe just ask other people or look at the armory: 2 hits a second, fire ball, healing (MUT) affliction, frost, fire (oAU) (the letters are what are in the Auction House or what it says when you make the tile) One thing I did not say is that you have to do all of the actions within a 6 second window. If you are too slow, they won't proc.
