BT connection established between SAMSUNG Galaxy S phone and the sound bar. High pitched sound not observed during test. Unable to detect static sound, sound distortion. SAMSUNG service note: 01/29/2013 19:28:59 1) Inquiry: sound is distorted, sometimes sound is static like it has avery weak connection and sometimes it has a high pitch when using BT 2) Resources used: users manual p16/ floor support- tc thor 3) Steps taken:- hdmi cable is connected from the tv to the hw- when bp playing movie on p3 to the tv bp is getting good sound- unplug and replug the unit done- verified that the iphone is very close to the hw- had bp use diff bt device connected to the hw- try to play a music- sound is distorted
