Elder Scrolls Online - Temporal Aliasing Problem

This a quick recording of some ESO gameplay, illustrating some of the aliasing problems I'm having in-game. Anti-aliasing is turned on (and it improves jagged edges on objects somewhat), however, there's noticeable shimmering & crawling on grass, doors, bridges and other objects throughout the world due to temporal aliasing. Note that I've zoomed into certain sections, because with all the encoding and compressing, the shimmering could be less noticeable in recorded video, however in-game it is quite visible and distracting. If you're having similar problems, and if some fix is available (some nVidia driver tweak, SMAA injection etc.) I would very much appreciate any advice! :) Thanks for watching. P.S. I also stumbled upon this video by nVidia, where the game developer for Neverwinter uses TXAA (only available on 600 series and up cards) to alleviate this problem: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MyE84ydeYRY
