2005 Mercedes E500 4 Matic Cabin Fresh air inlet filter replacement (W211)
Replacing the cabin "Fresh" air filer in a 2005 Mercedes E500 4 Matic. Not to be confused with the recirculated cabin air charcoal filters Also good for the E500 Base Model. (W211) Basically a very easy job. Be careful not to dislodge the Wiper Cowl Drain Hose. Please check the cabin air filter part numbers for your particular application. I think there are still manufacturers that make the plastic rimmed filter. This filter was made of just the cardboard rim which sort of made me feel I got ripped off on the price.
