Crysis Warhead ingame gameplay very high (no sound)

Crysis Warhead @ very high with AMD x2 6000+, GTX 280 and Windows XP. Sorry because of lagging, but fraps needs too much performance. Normally the game runs with 30-40 fps in 1680*1050 Fraps didn´t also record no sound. Its a great game and much better for me then the first crysis!
