[GTA V] Messing with a hacker

So I was on my way to land on the roof of my apartment in GTA V Online, when I noticed the planes on the ground below me. Gave them a quick fly by to take a look, and then remembered what hackers/modders can do in GTA online and turned Passive mode on. Seconds later, boom. Also about the FPS counter in the top left. That's my FRAPS display, and you will notice that I use it to record what's going on (when it goes from yellow to red). But after I ran into the hacker/modder up close my FPS tanked. I thought that was evidence enough of it being him, and as nVidia Shadowplay will capture everything on screen it included the FRAPS FPS counter with it.
