Fallout 2 Playthrough Part 9 - Getting the Hydroelectric Magnetosphere Regulator

Finally making some progress in at least a few parts of the main quest, or maybe not. Hard to tell with Fallout 2. Here I talk to the First Citizen in Vault City and try to help Gecko so I can get access to the Vault's archives.
