This is a quick video to show how to insert the paper draw back into the printer. If you were to pull the paper draw all the way out when loading it with paper, the roller that holds the paper down when the draw is closed tends to stop the draw from closing all the way. You need to hold the roller up with a ruler while closing the draw. Truthfully, it is probably a very small, inexpensive part like a spring or a retainer pin or something that is the issue. If you repair printers you probably know what it is. Other than this, the printer works mint and is in great condition!
