I finally take the hint and leave, travel to Kynesgrove for further supplies and come upon the ravaged city of Windhelm where I receive my final orders from General Tullius. My followers cannot accompany me into the city so I take it in as I do and run into a few laptop issues and glitches that plague these quests... To be continued.
