From the disappointment that was blazing lasers, THIS felt like a proper Compile shmup!!! I beat this game on the first session with the game, but that didnt make it any less enjoyable, I absolutely loved this game There was a LOT of fun dodging! this is better than Aleste 1 by EVERY criteria imaginable, from bosses, to music, to stage designs, graphics, weapons, its awesome!... the only thing that is constant is the stage lengths which probably can be about half of what they are with a lot less of the same patterns repeating for what seems like 3-4 times ... ouch!
