How to use Stage Manager with older iPads with IOS 16.1 (Review)

With the last week released iPadOS 16.1 Beta - this feature became available to older iPad Pros from 2018 (iPad Pro 3rd Gen) and 2020 (iPad Pro 4th Gen). I tested this on my old iPad Pro 2018 for a week. Want to add something awesome to this feature?
