HELLDIVERS™ - No Weapon in Hand

I don't exactly know how to replicate this glitch, but I may have a vague idea. Normally, when you grab ammo out of a Resupply Pack, your weapon briefly disappears then reappears. In this case, however, it simply never reappeared. The cause of this anomaly is what I'm uncertain of, but I believe it may have had something to do with the fact that I took ammo out of my Resupply Pack while standing over ammo (i.e. something that would also cause an intractable prompt to show). I remember mashing the button repeatedly once I was standing over the ammo, so perhaps I accidentally did some frame-perfect (or otherwise strict) input timing. During the mission, I tried asking the other players whether they could see the Rail Gun in my hand, but my questions went ignored, so I still don't know if other players can see this glitch when it happens or if it's simply one-sided.
