225 lbs x 6 x 6 squat / 140 kg x 4 x 6+ deadlift
the + after the rep number just means amrap on the last set fk im also getting really fat or something. i made my belt one hole larger like 2 weeks ago, and when i put it on today, it was pretty tight : - ( 1) my squat form has been getting better in terms of knee caving. i watched some of my videos back from like december 2015 and my goodness how did my knees not pop, but i noticed that i have a slight hip shift i think. 2) i tried to fix my deadlift form today because i've been bothered by how rounded my upper back is when i pull. if you watch my 125 kg pull vs the rest of the 140 kg pulls, you can see how my head positions make all the difference. this whole time i just thought i had to look down to maintain a neutral back, but i think that's what's causing my upper back to round. so today i tried looking up a bit when i pulled and holy crap it looks and feels a lot better!!!! i guess as a still kind of new lifter, i overlooked how much technique actually plays a role in how much weight you can move, so i'll try to be more watchful of myself lol did 65 lbs x 3 x 8+ and got 10 on my last set!!! im piss tired because of midterms, but it's finaly over
