measurment & calculation for box. for big expansion chamber exhaust, you need to adjust the timings: 1) lift the cylinder 2) adjust exhaust port edge = timing the cylinder does not fit just with sealing mass. welding or cold metal is needed. anyways you need to turn out the smal engine half that the crank fits. the M232 fits without any adjustments &if u wanna go for rotary valve - where the sport is the better cheaper solution - check the crank cheek if there is a bump. with this crank it was bigger than the needed 0,05mm rv tolerance = rotary valve will not work properly cause it need to be big to prevent the cheek from stripeing the rv pad ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DISCLAIMER: the information shown in this video, is about THIS specific hardware. it is my personal observation documented with this video.
