The product is so comfortable to hold, and I love it because I can now carry my iPad 2 completely hands-free! The features I love: 1. It has probably the most comfortable shoulder pad I've ever felt. 2. It is compatible with the iPad 1 and the iPad 2. 3. It has a really nice (in this case) Black and Yellow finish. 4. It has a zip up compartment in the back to store items. 5. The velcro is sturdy, and won't let go of your iPad.
