The new touch remote error first time but it registered when I tried again. I had bought a Sony 3D Bluray and already had it set up also a Sony receiver. I have Uverse with a harmony remote, figure what the heck hit the power button and presto the TV came on without any reprogramming. All the new Sony remotes would work the volume on the receiver. Picture is great right out of the box. Just a little bright. NatGeo looked amazing! Put in Avatar 3D and WOW! Started messing with the new touch remote flipping through the menu's and was like wait what? The TV had seen my wife's Sony Due II tablet and connected to it without any prompting. I was able to just start browsing pictures from her tablet on the TV. Will add more after the weekend... Had a chance to play with some of the apps and using the browser to surf the web. Facebook app has some strange things going on. I viewed a photo a friend had posted, then scrolled and it just kept going picture after picture. Somehow it connects to every picture they have posted. Web pages loaded and worked ok. NO ESPN app why? Browser doesn't support the flash version needed to access ESPN3. Like any other "Smart TV" the downfall is the typing... they really do try to help with keys for Http/www, .com and others but you can bookmark pages and use it check your pages you use a lot. The simulated 3D was a big surprise. It work pretty dang good.
