That means you are not connected with that player, and one of you didnt made at least one of previous steps. The way how to fix it, is to do the steps. If you all are done with that, you can just relog (turn off gameranger and turn on), maybe more times until you fix that problem. If you start the game with italic player, you will get every minute a dissconnect menu and you cant consider on the game.
