Escape From Tarkov Vista_TTv Hacker

Tarkov, please review this hacker. He constantly loads labs in America in the mornings. I can't run labs because he is in 100% of the lab runs I do. I've died to him so many times that I know how he plays, know his name. It is ridiculous, it is literally making the game unplayable. I lose ridiculous amounts of money and can't even play labs.
