Flashforge adventurer 3 pro - extruder cooling fan problem

TL;DR the extruder cooling fan is not working - Adventurer 3 Pro printer (500h of printing). Details: all slicer software (FlashPrint) settings were restored to default. Reviewed the cooling section of the slicer - "Always On" / "Always On", 100% (as on screenshot). Performed hardware reset of the printer and replaced the fan (same model / voltage) Replaced the fan (just for case). However, according to my multimeter, the resistance of the fan was correct (so it was fine, even before the replacement). I guess that there is no voltage supplied to the connector of the fan. Note, that other fans are working correctly (the fan on the "roof" of the printer starts properly when printing is starting) No other anomalies observed (e.g. temperature / sensor). Default extruder / nozzle used. Regular PLA filament and profile used.
