Growing up in a home where we almost always ate 3 home cooked meals a day, eating at home has always been a part of me. Unlike my mum who had her own business as well as some form of help, I am a busy nurse working 12.5 hour shifts, wife, mum of 2 and of course a Youtuber! And definitely have no hired help whatsoever. Meal prepping ensures that we always eat good nutritious meals everyday knowing under what conditions they were prepared, and what ingredients went into them. Also, it helps save money that I can use for other things... like my dream outdoor kitchen, and a butler’s pantry 😩🙏🏾🙏🏾.
