CRT TV shader on Unreal Engine 4

There's a new version here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SBbE3derKfk Doing some shader experiments on UE4, using the UE4 sample apartment. I threw away the LCD TV and replaced it with a good old tube TV (with the ugliest case ever).
