How to find Creeper (merchant) - Location Walkthrough (TES III Morrowind)
Creeper is located in Ghorak Manor in the town of Caldera. LIke the Mudcrab merchant, Creeper buys and sells all items at their base price (you can buy with -1% and sell with +1% of the price). He has 5,000 gold, half of what the mudcrab has, but he is far more accessible, being easily reached via guild guide from Vivec, Ald'Ruhn, Balmora, and Sadrith Mora. He also buys more item types. The Orcish armor on the ground was dropped by yours truly (I was too lazy to sell it), but there are 4 pieces (I think) of Orcish Armour in a crate at a level above Creeper.
