POE 3.22 Cheap MF Utula Occultist Poison Blade Vortex
I wanted to make a decent tanky mf build, with good clear that was able to click all the altars without having to read the downsides, and try something new this league. Was trying a couple of different setups but was lacking life and def cause of the MF-gear. Utula with all max out 2% life tattoos, poison blade vortex (yes, poison still work) was my final plan. - 6000+ life (insane from only one item) - 4M + dps (without having 15 wither stacks on Path Of Building...) - Over capped lightning / cold (cause of altars) - No charges (cause of altars) - 100% suppress - Decent Evasion / Armour AOE is good, single target is not. Physical damage can be ruff and is like the only altar mod that feels. The build starts at 10-15 DIV, depending on how much Quant/MF you want. Feel free to ask questions!
