Why Holy hand grenades are the most overrated weapon in fnv

There just isn't many practical scenarios to use them in. They often bounce away of course which takes away most of the damage inflicted and even in buildings where this shouldn't be a problem it does what happens in the video where they just don't do any damage at all.
