In questo video utilizzerò un iPod Touch 1g come test, ovviamente il procedimento è uguale anche per iPhone 2g/3g ed iPod Touch 2g. Per iPhone: esistono due versioni di WhiteD00r; "normal", che è per gli iPhone non "sim-locked", liberi insomma, mentre "unlocked" è per gli iPhone bloccati, ovvero quegli iPhone che richiedono la SIM dell'operatore straniero per essere attivati. Nel bundle che scarichete, oltre al firmware, sarà presente anche RedSn0w, per mettere iPhone 2g/3g in pwnedDFU mode. Ovviamente non si tratta di iOS 7 vero e proprio, ma di 3.1.3 modificato esteticamente per sembrare iOS 7.
