Healthy Neighbourhoods Bridge Renewal Trust Haringey: Co-Production for Community Wellbeing

Community Empowerment & Co-production is a project or activity within the Healthy Neighbourhoods programme. Healthy Neighbourhoods is a collaborative programme developed between the statutory (e.g. Haringey Council and NHS NCL ICB) and voluntary sector (e.g. the Bridge Renewal Trust and Public Voice) to improve the health, wellbeing, and life chances of people living in the most deprived and diverse neighbourhoods. Funded by the Health Inequalities fund, this programme aims to target the most deprived communities and to reach out proactively to our resident black and minority ethnic populations. This is a partnership approach within and across Boroughs and NCL wide partnerships to deliver high impact solutions. This will include engagement with the population, VCS, and partners across health and care in making a difference to the lives of our people.
