Dragon Age: Awakening -- Assault on Vigil's Keep

Awakening is DLC for Origins that serves as a direct sequel to the events of Origins; (Golems of Amgarrak and Witch Hunt can be seen as prequels to DA2). When you arrive at Vigil's Keep, you'll discover that it's being invaded by force of Darkspawn. Your goal is to rescue as many survivors as you can while hunting down the leading Darkspawn. You start the adventure with Mhairi in your party. She's a Warrior with decent stats, so just tinker with her tactics so that she helps you finish fights quickly. 3:35 -- Heading In Through the front gate, you'll be attacked a by a few Darkspawn and will spot a soldier in combat in front of you. Defeat all the Darkspawn to save the soldier. Turning around to face the front gate, they'll be some stairs on the right that'll lead to a merchant you can save. Now, in the North-West corner of this area, you'll find another soldier in trouble. Continue to next gate to reach the Keep's main courtyard. When you approach the gate, an emissary will launch an ambush. Moving to the far west after dealing with the emissary, another soldier is in trouble. Turns out this soldier was guarding other injured survivors. He'll ask you to fetch some bandages from a crate on the other side of the courtyard. Near the injured suvivors, you'll find a crate containing the Stormchaser Helm. After delivering the bandages, head into the Keep. 8:53 -- Keep Interior In the Keep, you'll be attacked by a pack of Shrieks. Kill them and head in the eastern room. In there, you'll meet Anders, a mage., who can assist you as a party member. In the next chamber, you'll get the chance to save another civilian. Continue on. You'll face another emissary and its backup on a narrow walkway. Back inside the Keep, you'll find a lever to raise the next gate in your way. Head through. You'll find another survivor in the closet before reaching the next room, (which contains more Darkspawn). Heading north into the next chamber, you'll reunite with Oghren. 15:23 -- Oghren Oghren will join the party as another Warrior once you help him clear the room of Darkspawn. In this same room, you can loot a pile of books for some herbalism recipes. Heading east, you'll find another recipe in another book pile and a survivor in the next chamber. You can also kill a last batch of Darkspawn in the eastern-most room. With that done, head North of where you met up with Oghren. Battle your way through to the exit and reach the rooftop. 23:18 -- The Withered On the roof, you'll discover that the Seneschal Varel is being held hostage by a Darkspawn that goes by the name The Withered. This fight isn't hard, but the Withered has a lot of HP, so the fight's more tedious than challenging. When the Withered dies, the Keep is secured. 25:50 -- King Alistair With bad timing, Alistair arrives late to help with anything. Anyway, with the battle over, this is your chance to secure Oghren and Anders as Grey Wardens by stating that you're okay with conscripting them. After this conversation with Alistair (or Anora) and their entourage, you'll see the Joining ritual occur in the Keep's throne room. After the Joining, it's time to get this DLC started for real.
