Aiwa AD-F410 Record / playback issues
Aiwa cassette desk test. Played CD through the deck whilst recording, using half decent Sony D50 CD player, outputted to 200 watt 2.1 sound system made by THX . Beatles Abbey Road CD and recorded track number 4 "Oh Darling". Recorded and played back using dolby B setting on a virtually brand new chrome type II TDK hi quality tape, was unsealed / opened just 2 days ago. Playback has unacceptable harmonic distortions present. Could be a simple belt change that cures it, or possibly circuit component change required.
