DOOM - fake cinematic anti aliasing
For best quality please watch at least at 1440p. Fake cinematic anti aliasing - based on already existing shader methods (dlaa, fxaa, smaa, and so on..) and reshade. And some fake temporal part (reshade TAA shaders, work at some point if we try use digital noise as "fake motion vectors") The idea is to get the for games the "whole" look, there all textures has identical sharp (without oversharping, as original) and remove as many aliasing as possible (for best need MFAA from nvidia or TAA). Need tweaked for each resolution. Here with ingame tssaa. Doom is awesome game with one of the best AA technique, but when we increase sharpness with game HIGH PASS sharpening - we increase aliasing (especialy on metal surfaces). But we can easy fix this. Another problem - tssaa creates shimering/flickering on some surfaces and some light sources and it's very strong. It can't be removal completely, but we can reduce this Here you can download uncompressed video and some screenshots - https://yadi.sk/d/OtjBfFaUkEvlHw ingame resolution 2103x1183 all settings ultra, direct occlusion off, forced high quality ssao from nvidia inspector (flag wolfenstein) config: core i3 9100-F, gtx 1650 super 4gb, ram ddr4 2666 - 32GB all stock
