Cleaner for Fluor Glide Wax, or Cleaner for Your Wallet? Or Brain Cleaner?

Does Swix Glide Wax Cleaner (Cleaner for Fluor Glide Wax) has to dissolve fluorocarbons to remove it from skis? Or the cleaner does not need to do it, the cleaner is able to remove fluorocarbons by some other way? By some inconceivable way? For instance, any conventional wax removers can solve all existing grip waxes. All! Water cannot solve any grip wax, and as a consequence of it, cannot remove the waxes. With other words: To solve, or not to solve, that is the question;
