The MSR is really good at out cover Quick-Sniping and the fire-rate 86 is better then most of snipers that have 70 but i think there is no big difference when you hard scope or you quickscope that 86 is good only in close range when you shoot no-scope so in my opinion the M200 is better then the MSR in Quickscoping + M200 have better Quickscoping in cover Song : Black Mesa Soundtrack Forget About Freeman
