"Portal Reloaded" is technically a mod for "Portal 2" that was made by the community, and is free on Steam if you own the base game, but it seems decent for what it is. The time portal makes things a lot more complicated, so it's easy to confuse yourself, but if you take your time and test things out, you can eventually figure out a way to complete each puzzle.
