Lies of P - All Main Bosses, but I can only deal damage using the Guard Parry Fable Art (NG+4)

This is my second long form compilation video for Lies of P and that I’ve ever made in general. This time featuring a unique challenge run that I’ve not yet see anybody attempt before: All main boss fights in the game, but only dealing damage to them using the Guard Parry Fable Art. After I took a few month break from this game I recently felt the urge to jump back into it again, but I wanted to think of something both creative and challenging I could do for a new run. After some brainstorming I thought of this idea as it seemed both challenging and appealing to do. I originally started this run on a new game but quickly realized that with minimal P-Organ upgrades (and straight up no P-Organ for the first two bosses) every boss fight would be excruciatingly long. As explained in the video I went with my main file at NG+4 because it just made the run more feasible to complete this way, since my P-Organ was maxed out. I honestly had thought about dropping this run halfway through, thinking I wouldn’t have the patience to get through it and get use to learning new parry timings with bosses (Guard Parry timings are slightly earlier than regular parries) but I stuck it out to the end and I’m glad I did. I have to say overall I’m pretty happy with every fight I’ve done in this run. Sure all of them could’ve been more clean had I put even more time and practice into it but the goal of this challenge was never to get perfect, flawless runs in the first place. My goal was get enough consistent Guard Parries throughout every fight but while also still playing the fight relatively clean with minimal and few errors. For some fights I was more lenient with this than others but again, the goal above all was to aim for general consistency. This run was challenging, and could definitely get quite frustrating at times but overall it felt good to say that I could beat all of these bosses with an unconventional method of approaching them like this. I also should be able to incorporate Guard Parries better into my gameplay too haha For those who do decide to watch, even if it’s only a fight or two I do very much appreciate it. I don’t expect this to gain significant traction however I’m proud to say that I may be one of the first, if not the first, to complete a challenge in Lies of P in this way. That’s all for now, enjoy (: 0:00 Challenge Rules 0:26 Parade Master 3:22 Scrapped Watchman 6:22 Fuoco 10:40 Archbishop Andreus 14:22 Eldest Black Rabbit Brotherhood 18:24 Mad Clown Puppet (Bonus Fight) 19:33 Romeo, King of Puppets 23:57 Champion Victor 29:04 Green Monster of the Swamp 33:58 Corrupted Parade Master 37:21 Black Rabbit Brotherhood 2 51:56 Laxasia 1:00:21 Simon Manus 1:11:45 Nameless Puppet
