This expansion pack retraces the steps of Colonel Miller in his quest of finding safe land to settle from the lost satellite maps. The second colonel in the title is Kirill's father Colonel Vyacheslav (Slava) Khlebnikov, who originally ventured off about a month prior to find these maps as well since the supply of anti-rad was insufficient for even both father and son any longer. Kirill begins telling the story of what life was leading up to the events that happened at Novosibirsk.
