Future Battlefield 1 Freebies? Where are the AA Rocket Gun and Felixstowe Seaplane?

Battlefield 1 developers have yet to reveal when we'll see the AA version of the rocket gun, or the yet-to-be-confirmed seaplane. Supposedly they're not included in Turning Tides, so when are they coming to Battlefield 1? and how? Personally, I think they'll be free to everyone in the near future.
