Sublime " Hong Kong Phooey" Guitar Lesson ?

I bought a Sublime box set in 2007. I think it was called "Everything Under The Sun." There was a dvd inside that had an official documentary of the band's history and this song was on there. They got asked to make a theme song for the cartoon Hong Kong Phooey. When I first heard it I was like "Where has this song been hiding? The bassline is super groovy like all Sublime songs.
