I Was CHALLENGED to Use March 7th to Beat Phantylia (Honkai Star Rail)

Today, we are attempting to defeat the Phantylia boss in Honkai Star Rail 1.2 using March 7th with NO Healers! Previously, I've said that it is best to use a healer and a cleanser to beat the new Phantylia Boss, such as Luocha or Natasha. However, a viewer challenged me to try the fight by only using March 7th as a defensive support! This was interesting to me, plus I haven't used March 7th much, so I am taking on this challenge.
