Tesla Cannon Firing Sound Buffed!

My bad...TURN IT UP!! A simple mod that replaces the rather "weak" sounding Tesla Cannon firing sound effect. Since this weapon is practically a V-bird destroying, person annihilation almost..."super weapon" like weapon, I decided it needed more of an "oompf" for its firing sound effect so to speak.
