[GL] DFFOO - Sword Dance of Lightning Shinryu - Queen Ticket Quest

Guys I really like fencers/red mages. Supports can literally be anyone for this as long as they provide HP damage cap. I used Quistis for the delays and 40% damage cap, Iris for charging and turn manipulation.
