For former years in Manitoba people have always speculated whether the very the left-leaning controversial former Attorney-General of Manitoba Roland Penner is Jewish.. He is known for passing much in the way of Human Rights legislations and was the Dean of the University of Manitoba Law School. Roland is totally retired now from his law career and has authored three books and has currently come back from a cruise.
