Turning on/off the 2-in-1 portable scanner Magicscan

It needs only 2 second to turn it on by pressing and hold the power button, it takes about 1 second to fire up. If it was held for more than 2 second to boot up, it's held on the 'Magicscan' logo with green background, it is not turning off. When released, it will be ready to work.
