We're back with more city ruling in Urban Empire! Coming from ep 1, we need to stabilize our economy while still progressing forward in our technology. We learn plenty of new inventions, such as the steam engine and the telegraph, and we also pass several laws such as ensuring children under the age of 10 don't have to work in like...deadly rock quarries, isn't that nice?
