Unfinished 'Jaws' Level - Gex 3: Deep Cover Gecko Beta
Demonstrating the unfinished level Jaws (internal map name, no idea what the real name was meant to be), intended to be an exclusive level for the N64 version, but didn't make the cut due to time constraints. This can be found in a pre-release build of the game for the Playstation. This level, to my knowledge, features no music, no objectives, and no pickups bar one bugged Gold Fly. The draw distance is pretty bad on this specific level, causing very obvious pop-in. Can't say for sure if the draw distance is reduced for the N64, since I haven't actually played Gex 3 on that system (though I hear it's pretty bad with framerate). I have a few more levels to demonstrate, but I doubt I'll be able to go into that much depth as I did with Sphinx, since I'm not as familiar with Gex, but I'll have those posted soon along with some other beta and prototype games that I've recently taken a look at for other systems!
