There is nothing better than having a delicious smoothie bowl right after the gym. I make this green smoothie bowl as a post-workout meal or snack. This smoothie bowl is packed with so many nutrients your body is going to go crazy! I use spinach, kiwi, and avocado for their amazing fat burning abilities and sprinkled on top some chia seeds and coconut flakes for some crunch. This recipe is great because it's wonderful for everyone! Its the perfect diet snack. It's also really special because I decided to use both fresh and dried fruit.
