KSP Exploration E2: First "Skychaser" Spaceplane to the Station, MinSat-1 scanner Minmus

Everything checks out, although future missions will include small amounts of RCS fuel and better power generation. Also in this episode, we cover the MinSat-1, a polar orbiting resource scanning spacecraft at Minmus. This satellite will help determine, along with a second close range scanning satellite launched at a later date, the position for a mining base on Minmus.
