In this episode I discuss a major bump in the road with the tank. ----Check Valves---- ***NOTE: Check valves have a cracking pressure or psi that needs to be overcome before flow passes through them. For instance, a 1/4" check valve rated with a .5 cracking pressure or 1/2 psi can prevent a siphon for nearly 14" of liquid in the tubing. Therefore, a bottle containing liquid can be placed up to 14" above a sump with this type of valve.
