H96 Pro+ Remote Control Not Working and TV Box Freezes

Remote control not working on the H96+ and TV Box Freezes, the box has 3 GB of RAM and my 1st Gen Fire Stick moves faster that the box. I don't believe all of these H96+ are like this I just think this one came defective.
