Here's an overview and demo of the Fumblerooski trick play. I failed to mention that if playing solitaire, the defense rolls 1d20 after the snap; if the result is less than or equal to the defense's Defensive Rating score, they see the quarterback fumble the ball and may pivot accordingly.
