Mac Fixes: iTunes Permissions Error

When I ran across this problem and spent a solid hour trying to fix it, I figured why not share it? The other fixes did not work for me, so I figured why not just completely reinstall the program? It's really as simple as that, apparently. Sometimes the answer isn't as flashy and program-file involved as one would think...
